Francine was born in New York City and received her degree in Theater Arts from Hunter College.
Francine has directed the female version of The Odd Couple, and Drinking Habits for the Westbrook Village Players..
One of the founding members of the Arizona Traditions Theater Club, she performed in The Curious Savage, Harvey, A Fine Monster You Are, Meanwhile Back on the Couch, and Bull in a China Shop and had the opportunity to direct two shows written by her husband, Robert Rose, as well as, A Fine Monster You Are.
She has directed two productions for Ghostlight Theater, Dial M for Murder and Bad Year for Tomatoes.
She has appeared in eight of their productions including their premiere production, Arsenic and Old Lace.
She has appeared in three productions at Westbrook Village.
